Workshops

I work with small groups of people to help develop ideas or improve innovation skills. My workshops can be tailored to suit your requirements and group size. Some of the more popular topic areas are:

  • Using the Business Model Canvas and the Value Proposition Canvas to develop an idea
  • What not to ask your customers: how to get useful feedback on your product development
  • Business to business selling skills and getting your first customer
  • Sophisticated networking: how to develop, maintain and use your networks
  • A beginners guide to creating and selecting new product ideas
  • Design thinking: a one day design-thinking experience which will immerse you in this popular idea creation and selection technique

Ideally I work intensively with groups of 8-14 people, however the material is also suitable for groups of 30-40 participants with some modifications to the interactive elements.
